Welcome to the blog. The blogger Chanda Mahalle, is a wife of one hardworking man, mom to two, and a passionate cook. She have started cooking in her mother’s kitchen at age 12 out of her love for food, since then whatever she have learned, she will be sharing her kitchen journey here in the blog at Chanda’s Platter.
Being a Full Time Mother, Home Science Scholar, Home Manager, and a born Cook at heart. Her utmost joys are Cooking food, Styling and Photographing them, and Managing her Home. So she decided to combine them and created a blog Chanda’s Platter. It’s a magnificent experience of sharing her years of knowledge and experience here with all the food enthusiasts and home managers. Here, you will get video tutorials and recipes of Indian and western food(authentic and with fusions), cooking and kitchen tips, how to guide, and help. We are sure you will like them as much as we do.
The whole idea of cooking is magical, the process where we put different taste ingredients together and create a flavoured blend to serve on platter. We strongly believe cooking is an art, and the secret ingredient is love. So, if cooked with love anyone can master this art. We want to share the joy of cooking with each and everyone who visits chandasplatter, from an experienced one to a beginner.
We all know that food outside is not so healthy, so she tries to makes the recipes which are healthy and mouth-watering at the same time. She loves to eat, and enjoy the experimentation of trying out new recipes. Whenever She cook something, She make sure to taste it before serving it, to qualify the blend. She strongly believe, if she is not satisfied with the recipe she made, no one else is going to like it.
